Shipping Policy

The delivery timeline for all domestic and international orders shall be 20-25 working days. Kindly note that Saturday, Sunday and other public holidays are not considered as working days.

We use registered courier partners for the delivery of our products. There might be minor color variations because of differences in display output, camera lighting and screen resolution.

Any loose threads are due to human error, as all our products are ‘handcrafted’ and hence are not considered as a manufacturing defect.

All SINDHU REDDY products are handcrafted. Each piece is one of a kind, no two pieces are the same. Which also means your purchase may slightly differ from the image you see on the website.

PAYMENT TERMS

For shipping within India, we accept all major debit & credit cards (including MasterCard, Visa & American Express) and also provide Net Banking options across major banks, UPI & Wallets.

Cash on Delivery (COD) facility is not available at the moment.

For all international transactions, we accept major Credit Cards (including MasterCard, Visa & American Express).
