We do not issue any refunds or Store credits.
As all our products are made to order and handcrafted, we do not accept any returns or exchanges.
Kindly check the size guide before placing an order, as we have a strict NO EXCHANGE policy.
We take at most care by quality checking before shipping of the product.
However, if you claim any damage, we would require a parcel opening video to get the replacement of the product and please inform us within 4-7 days of the receipt of the product by writing to us at email@example.com with order number, full name, address and video of the damaged product and our team will contact you within 2-4 business days and will guide you through the process of the product replacement.
Replacement of product in case of damage will be subjected to product availability and timeline.
Only in cases where a replacement cannot be provided for damaged product, we shall issue a full refund in the same mode of payment done by the customer.
